Low Season – A 50% deposit is required within three (3) days of a booking being made. Confirmation and reservation supporting documents will be sent by email.– A 50% balance of payment must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.* This balance of payment (50%) is non-refundable if cancelled under 30 days.* For all cancellations of bookings an administration fee of USD$50 is charged per booking plus any international bank transfer charges.

Refunds or Rental Date Deferrals - Generally not given, however, may be granted under exceptional circumstances such as political unrest in Bali that may affect the safety of the guest during the stay, a major catastrophe like an earthquake and other possible exceptional circumstances as approved by management.
Cancellation Notice - Must be received by email or in writing a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (Low Season) or 45 days (high season). In the event of a ‘no show’, the guest shall be held responsible for payment based on the full length of stay (i.e., total accommodation charges).
Check In/Check Out Time - Check in time is 14.00. Check out time is 12.00. Any request for a late check out up to 18.00 will be charged at 50% of the daily rental rate. Late check out after 18.00 will be charged 100% of the daily rental rate.
1. Reservations are handled on a first come, first served basis.
2. Accepted payment methods include: PayPal by credit card or bank transfers. All processing bank charges i.e. credit card surcharge fees and PayPal booking fees are the responsibility of the guest. We do not charge an admin fee however, the banks do charge a standard processing fee.
3. For last minute bookings US$ cash is acceptable on the day of arrival, only with email confirmation and written permission confirmed prior by management.
