Our general conditions of sale are in conformity with the provisions of the Tourism Code. In accordance with Articles R. 211-3 to R. 211-11.

Article 1 Scope of the general conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made by Sarl Silco. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the lessor and his clients. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions before any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays. They may also be obtained on written request addressed to the head office of the institution.


Article 2 Booking conditions

2.1 The Award

The price indicated on paper or on the online booking engines is in euros, VAT included, excluding tourist tax and any options.

The city tax is 0.5 € per day and per person. The list and the price of the options is available on the website or on request.

The total price is indicated on the confirmation of your reservation.

Upon request and with the agreement of the management, you can pay for your stay in several times without charge before your arrival.


2.2 The Deposit

Acceptance of the reservation is materialized only by sending a confirmation of booking by mail or by mail, by the company Sarl Silco after receiving the 33% deposit, with a minimum of 65 €. As such, the company guarantees the customer that his / her bank account is debited only after registration of the reservation confirmation.

The payment of the deposit must be made within a maximum of four (4) days following the allocation of the reservation option. In the absence of receipt of the payment of the advance payment within the aforementioned period, the option will automatically become null and void.

2.3 The Balance

The balance of the stay is to be paid on the day of your arrival.


2.4 Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the stay by the Customer, cancellation indemnities will be deducted as follows:


- more than 60 days before the arrival date: Booking fees of 65 €,


- between 31 days and 60 days before the date of arrival: 33% of the total price of the stay,


- between 30 days and 16 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the total price of the stay,


- 15 days or less before the date of arrival, as well as no presentation at the place of stay: one hundred (100)% of the total price of the stay.


without prejudice to the Silco Sarl to rent the concerned dwelling (s) to other customers.


2.5 Deadline for withdrawal

The legal provisions concerning the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code) .IMPÉRATIVE IN FRANCE - TO SEE ACCORDING TO THE MARKET So, for any order for a stay with Sarl Silco, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal.


2.6 Methods of payment

The payment methods accepted are: check, holiday checks, credit card (VISA, Master Card or Carte Bleue) bank transfer, cash.

Upon request and with the agreement of the management, you can pay for your stay in several times without charge before your arrival.


2.7 Not Presented

For any unreported delay, the rental becomes available 48 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this deadline, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be null and the deposit will remain with the Sarl Silco.


Article 3 Conduct of the stay

3.1 Arrivals & Departures

Arrivals are from 6 pm unless otherwise agreed in writing. Departures are before 10.00 am.


3.2 Security

A deposit of 350 to 650 € depending on the type of accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival, either by check or by credit card. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the reception, after an inventory. The billing of possible damages will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness.

In the event of a problem that may lead to a collection of all or part of your deposit, you will receive a receipt.


3.3 Check-out

Any return of key or release of the location after 10h will result in the billing of an additional night. All requests for extensions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.


3.4 Animals

Pets are not allowed inside the hirings.


3.5 Rules of Procedure As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, filed at the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy of which will be provided to you upon request.


Article 4 Liability

The company Sarl Silco declines any responsibility for the damage suffered by the equipment of.


Article 5 Applicable law

These general terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance or the Commercial Court of Ajaccio.


Article 6 Rules of Procedure

In order to facilitate the life of our holidaymakers, you will be provided with an internal rules of procedure in each establishment and will be sent with your confirmation of reservation. Thank you for reading and respecting it. In case of serious breach of these rules, we reserve the right to charge a flat rate of 150 € minimum for the damage or inconvenience caused. The forgetting of personal objects inside the apartment during the release of the premises can not engage the responsibility of the Sarl Silco.

Access to housing could be refused in the event of disruptive behavior of customers, contrary to the calm and serenity of the reception site.
