General conditions of sale of stays in bed and breakfast and lodging

Article 1 / Length of stay

The signatory customer of this contract concluded for a fixed term will in no circumstances be able to claim any right to maintain the premises.

Article 2 / Booking formalities

The reservation becomes effective immediately upon receipt of the confirmation by e-mail.

Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the client

Any modification will be admissible until 18:00 the day of the reservation.

Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner

If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner is led to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by any means. The customer will then immediately and fully refund the sums he has already paid.

Article 5 / Time of arrival

The client must be present on the day specified at the time of booking, from 17:00 (time of availability of the rooms) and before 20:00. The client will necessarily prevent in case of arrival after 20 hours.

Article 6 / Time of departure

Check out time is 11:00 at the latest.

Article 7 / Payment of the balance of the accommodation

The balance of the stay is to be paid upon arrival. Any additional services are to be paid at the end of the stay at the initiative of the client.

Article 8 - Capacity:

This contract is for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number and to the extent of the capacity of reception, the owner is able to invoice / refuse the additional customers. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner.

Article 9 / Change of rooms Without the client being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer by a room of the same capacity or higher capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.

Article 10 / Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Article 11 / Art of living and use of places
