Thank you for your interest in staying in our apartment Le Pontias.
1. Occupation of the rented premises:
The tenant will enjoy of the leased premises and furniture. The lease is granted for a stay that will start and end on the days accorded in the booking. The tenant signatory of this contract shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy at the end of the booking period.
The lease agreement between the parties to this contract shall in no way benefit to others, except agreement of the owner.
The tenant will ensure the peaceful character of the tenancy and make use of it according to the aim of the premises. It is required to comply with the rules of the building, particularly with regard to noise, the use of bins and the use of parking.
2. Number of tenants:
If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the description of the premises, the owner reserves the right to cancel the contract or receive an increase.
Pets are not accepted.
The reservation becomes effective when the payment is made, For rentals of 7 days or more which are made more than two months in advance, payment is accepted in two parts: 50% upon booking and 50% two weeks before entry into the premises.
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. The tenant will be charged 50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be notified directly to the owner by mail or email.
If tenants do not report within 24 hours of arrival, the reservation becomes null. Payments shall be retained by the owner who then has the rights on his apartment.
The rented apartment contains furniture, dishes, bedding, according to the description.
The tenant will be responsible for objects in the apartment and will be required to repay the spoiled or reconditioning.
The lessee must report any damage or breakage that occurred during his stay. On his departure, the tenant agrees to leave the apartment as clean as he found it upon his arrival.
The tenant is required to report any interruption in the operation of services.
The tenant must be insured against damages of any kind that may incur liability.
Any dispute over the implementation of this contract will be the responsibility of the competent courts.
Only the French version of this contract is legally valid.
